🌿 Terms & Conditions
These terms are in place to ensure a clear, respectful, and supportive experience for everyone.
📅 Bookings
Bookings can be made via email, phone, or contact form.
All services are subject to availability. Once confirmed, your booking time is reserved for you.


💰 Payment
Payment is due within 3 days of your service unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted payment methods can be discussed at the time of booking.
🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life happens.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.


🏠 Access to Property
Please ensure safe and reasonable access to your home at the agreed time.
If I am unable to access the property, this may be treated as a late cancellation.
🧼 Cleaning & Service Scope
All services are tailored to your needs and discussed prior to your booking.
While I always aim to provide high-quality support, results may vary depending on the condition of the space and time allocated.


🤍 Respect & Environment
I provide services in a calm, respectful, and non-judgemental way, and ask that this is mutual.
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if I feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
🧾 NDIS Services (if applicable)
Support provided can align with self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants.
Invoices and services will be handled in accordance with agreed arrangements.

⚖️ Liability
Reasonable care is taken during all services.
Any concerns or damages must be communicated within 24 hours so they can be addressed promptly.
🌿 Changes to Services
Services and pricing may be updated over time. Any changes will be communicated clearly, at least 7 days before a service.
