How do I get started?

From there, we can have a relaxed conversation about what kind of support you’re needing and what would feel most helpful — there’s no pressure, just a starting point.

What areas do you service?
I am based in Brisbane and service surrounding areas.
If you’re unsure whether I cover your location, feel free to reach out and ask.

How does payment work?
Payment is due within three days of the day of service unless otherwise arranged.
I accept a range of payment options, which can be discussed at the time of booking.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
I understand that life happens.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.

What kind of home, families and people do you work with?
I am here to support everyone in need, providing guidance and assistance to those seeking help. My commitment is to create a welcoming environment for individuals from all walks of life, ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported.

What if I’m not sure what I need?
That’s completely okay.
You don’t need to have it all figured out — we can talk through your situation together and find an approach that feels right for you.

What kind of cleaning do you offer?
I offer supportive, tailored cleaning designed to help bring your home back to a calm and manageable state.
This can include general cleaning, kitchen and bathroom resets, and light organisation depending on what’s needed.

Do I need to clean before you arrive?
This is a judgement-free service — I’m here to help, not to assess. You don’t need to prepare anything beyond what feels comfortable for you.

​What if my home feels overwhelming?
That’s completely okay.
Many of the homes I support feel this way at times. We can take things step by step and focus on what will make the biggest difference for you.

How long will my clean take?
This depends on the size of your home and what support is needed.
There is a minimum booking time, and we can focus on priority areas or work through the home gradually.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, I do.
If you have specific products you’d prefer me to use, I’m more than happy to work with those as well.

Can I book ongoing cleans?
Yes — ongoing support is available.
I usually recommend fortnightly cleans to keep things feeling on top of, but I’m always happy to work in a way that suits your home and your needs.
This is a supportive, judgement-free service — my role is simply to help make your space feel lighter.
